Attendance to the conference is free of charge, except for those who are willing to be accommodated at the University of Lodz hotel.

The conference fee covers accommodation at the Training and Conference Centre of the University of Lodz, Kopcińskiego 16/18 Str. (pictures of rooms available at its website), maximally from December 16 to 19, 2026. The hotel is located in a walking distance to the conference venue and it has been recently renovated.
 

The cost depends on the length of the stay and the number of occupants per room, as follows:

180 PLN per night for a single room 
120 PLN per night for a double room (shared)

For example, if you stay for two nights in a single room, the conference fee is 360 PLN.

Financial support is available, mainly for PhD students. Please include a relevant note in the registration form.
